Trainee program.

Our Trainee is your entryway to the VC world.

Join our one-semester Trainee Program and move your first steps into the VC world. After one semester you will become a regular member of Innovis VC and participate in all our activities.

Academy Course

You will enroll you in our internally developed Academy course where we will provide you with all the basic VC knowledge.

This course is entirely online and combines video-recorded lectures, live sessions and partners presentations.

Startup Sourcing

You will learn how to find outstanding start-ups and apply your knowledge in practice by sourcing your own start-ups.

We will explain you how to analyse start-ups by identifying their USPs, recognise red flags and prepare your own start-up due diligences.

VC Process

At Innovis we work as in the VC sector so while studying you will have the unique opportunity to experience a professional working enviroment.

Get to know the steps a VC fund applies to source, identify, analyse, and close a start-up investment deal.

What our members do.

After their first semester at Innovis Trainees our trainees become Analysts and start tacking an active part in all our activities.

  • Start-up Presentations

    In dedicated sourcing meetings we discuss the pros and cons of interesting start-ups. Based on this assessment and the investment focus of our partners we then decide if we forward the start-up to our partners.

  • Industry Sessions

    Our industry teams constantly work on gathering insights into the the hottest start-up industries (e.g. Crypto, Mobility, etc.) out there and provide our entire club with deep dives in dedicated industry sessions.

  • Due Diligences

    We help our partners in reaching an investment decision in certain companies by preparing an in-depth analysis of e.g., the competitive landscape or the general market a start-up is acting in.

  • Startup Consulting

    To help grow the ecosystem we offer free consulting services to startups. It is an invaluable occasion for our members to learn from the interaction with talented founders.

  • Networking events

    On a regular bases we organise both in person and online events to foster the cohesion spirit of our members. Those are also an interesting occasion to expand our personal networks.

  • Organisation Management

    Since Innovis is a complex organization, some effort is required to coordinate it. Therefore some of our members commit their effort to manage the structure of our association.

Application process.

Online Application

The first step of our application process is to compile the online application with your personal information and answering to some questions.

Once the application window is closed we are going to thoroughly examine all applications and get back to you.

Video Interview

If we are convinced by your application we will invite you to a video interview during which we can get to know each other better.

You will receive an email from us informing you that you have passed the first step of our application process.

Success

After passing with flying colors the video interview: Congratulations!

You have now been admitted to our intensive Trainee Program.
