Internal Structure.
Innovis VC is a complex organisation and therefore requires an elaborated structure to keep it running.
Here you can learn how our internal structure works and get a better understanding of how we manage to coordinate our hubs across Europe!
Our structure at a glance.
In order to manage our activities effectively, we have decided to implement a lean and dynamic organizational structure that can easily adapt to continuous changes and the specificities of individual contexts.
At the top of the structure is the Board, composed of an executive committee, which makes all strategic decisions and has the legal representation of the association, and an advisory committee, which assists the Board by advising on more complex decisions.
In each Hub, there are three local Heads who are responsible for coordinating local activities and acting as contact points for members; the local Heads report to the Board.
For some specific activities (Legal, IT, Finance, HR...), we have organized Task-Oriented Teams to manage them in the best possible way.
Executive Board.
The Executive Board is composed of three members elected for a one-year term from among the members of Innovis VC. Each member is responsible for a department, a specific area of activity within Innovis VC, and coordinates various managers to carry out important projects that have a significant impact on the entire association. The Executive Board focuses on strategic decisions that require a high level of coordination.
Our Board Members are always available to provide information and clarifications to both Innovis members and potential partners or students interested in joining.

To ensure even better functioning of Innovis VC, the Advisory Board is composed of former Executive Board Members who serve as expert advisors to the current ones. This body plays an essential role and can provide invaluable suggestions and advice.
Local Heads of Department.
Within each hub, there are three Heads of Department, one for each hub, who are responsible for managing local activities. They regularly meet among themselves and with the Board Members to ensure optimal coordination among the various hubs. The Heads of Departments are well acquainted with the specificities of each hub and can adapt European decisions to local needs.
