Innovis is born with the aim of being the intersection of startups, students, and investors, and from day one, it intends to do so with a particular focus on environmental and social issues. Our activities are naturally geared towards minimizing the impact on the ecosystem, and we take pride in affirming that the values of equity and meritocracy are integral to us.

On this page, we seek to represent our efforts in a realm that is extremely important to us.

Enviroment.

Environmental responsibility holds great significance for us, although pursuing this goal poses challenges. As a relatively small entity without physical assets or buildings, and with a primary online operation, undertaking large-scale initiatives to minimize our ecological impact is beyond our current capacity.

Nonetheless, we actively make mindful choices in our daily operations and select service providers to play our part in preserving the planet. For instance, we are committed to maintaining a paperless environment and encouraging our members to opt for eco-friendly transportation when engaging in Innovis-related activities.

Social.

At Innovis VC, social responsibility translates into cultivating a harmonious work environment that embraces everyone. We firmly believe in the pivotal role of diversity and inclusion in constructing a successful and innovative company. Recognizing that each individual brings distinctive perspectives, experiences, and skills, we understand that it is through harnessing these differences that our team can truly flourish.

Our commitment extends to fostering an inclusive culture where every member feels valued, respected, and empowered to contribute to our shared success. We are convinced that by embracing diversity and championing equity, we can forge a more robust, innovative, and ultimately successful organization.

Corporate Governance.

Our organization is built on prioritizing meritocracy and striving to eliminate any form of discrimination. We strongly believe in this ideal and consistently make concrete choices to pursue it. However, recognizing that occasional setbacks may occur, we have established the Safeguarding and Wellbeing Team specifically to monitor such circumstances.

The Safeguarding and Wellbeing Team consists of two individuals who members can turn to in case of conflicts, uncomfortable situations, or if anyone feels uneasy at Innovis. All information shared with the Safeguarding and Wellbeing Team will be kept strictly confidential, and any actions taken in response to reports made to the team will only be initiated with the consent of the person who made the report. While we hope that no one will ever need to approach this team, we believe it is our responsibility to be prepared to receive reports from anyone who may feel uncomfortable at Innovis for any reason.
